Privacy Policy

In short: Kairos has no accounts. Your answers to the three questions never leave your phone. We do not sell data, and we do not use your data for advertising.

Who we are

Kairos is published by ConnexionTech LLC, 8 The Green, STE R, Dover, DE 19901, USA (“we”). We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Contact: support@kairosprayer.com.

What stays on your phone

These are stored only on your device. We cannot see them, and they are deleted when you delete the app:

your answers to the three questions (how you feel, what weighs on you, what you need);
the days you said Amen (your streak), the prayers you saved and the prayers you were recently shown;
your reminder setting.

Choosing a prayer happens on your phone. Your answers are never sent to us or to anyone else.

Daily reminder

If you switch on the reminder, it is scheduled by your phone itself. We do not use a push-notification server and do not collect a notification token. You can turn it off in the app or in your phone’s settings.

Subscription and payments

Payments are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see your card or bank details, your name or your email address.

To know whether your subscription is active, we use RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., USA). RevenueCat receives a random identifier created by the app (not linked to your name), your purchase and renewal information from the store, and basic technical information (app version, device type, country, language). Legal basis: performance of the contract (providing what you paid for).

Usage statistics

To understand how the app is used and improve it, we may collect anonymous usage events with Google Analytics for Firebase (Google Ireland Ltd.): for example “app opened”, “prayer shown”, “subscription screen viewed”, plus app version, device type and approximate country. We never send your answers, feelings or saved prayers. Where the law requires it, this only happens if you agree, and you can change your choice at any time in the app. We do not use the advertising identifier.

Emails to support

If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to reply, and we delete them when they are no longer needed (at most 3 years after our last exchange).

Transfers outside your country

RevenueCat and Google may process data in the United States. These transfers are protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep data

Data on your phone: until you delete it or uninstall the app.
Subscription records (RevenueCat): as long as needed to provide the subscription and to meet accounting obligations.
Usage statistics: at most 14 months.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/EEA and UK), you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or limit its use, and receive a copy of it. Because we have no accounts, we usually hold nothing that identifies you. If you write to us, we will help as far as we can. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live (in France, the CNIL: cnil.fr).

Children

Kairos is not directed at children under 13 (under 16 in some EU countries), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. Important changes will also be announced in the app.
